I want to be productive - not just busy

There are no shortage of busy people. It seems that just about every person you talk to when you ask how they are going they will either answer the standard 'good' or say 'busy'. And if you start to talk to them some more they will talk about how much they have going on and how busy they really are.

This I don't doubt. There is always more to do then there is time to do it in. That is why it is important that you be productive and not just busy. Because when you are productive you are actually getting stuff done and not just adding to the pile of more things that need to be done.

This is a great read about the differences between being busy and being productive. Check it out. Where do you land on this?

The problem is that I tend to land on both sides of this list depending on what it is. But my goal is to move it more to the productive side. Here is to getting things done!!!
