Taking it to a new level
I understand that I am not alone in loving a good cup of coffee in the morning. In many ways it is probably responsible for most productivity in the United States if not around the world. Another thing that interests me is the sustainable living or the movement towards growing your food or buying locally.
This is an interesting option to combine both of these that I found on RedFerret which is where you can grow your own coffee. This could be an interesting experament. See how watering and soil effect the final coffee taste. And only for $10!

Makes going to the dentist.... maybe not so bad..
As wimpy as I am about needles, reading about this way to numb your gums without needles is great news! Now I just hope that they work, and that my dentist starts using it!

Cold office?
My office is a little cold, but there is no way that I am using this wacky USB hand-warmer.... just too weird. Plus look at the ratty finger nails on their 'hand model'.

Learn some new words - feed people

Free rice is a great site. You get to test your vocabulary and learn some new words in the process and for each one that you get right, they will donate grains of rice to feed the hungry.
Old School, meet New School

I never had this growing up, but I remember friends who would have the Yule log video going on their TVs. Not sure why this was ever determined to be a good idea, but it hung around for a little while for some reason. Well, now you can get a Yule Log video file for your iPod and Zune. Still not sure that it is a very good idea.....

more brain stuff

Staying with the brainy or smarty pants theme - Deputy Dog has a post about 8 clubs that you probably could join - they all require huge IQs to get in.

This is funny
There are a lot of funny things out there, but this is righteous! With Gabe and Max, you too can get this internet thing down.

Logo too small?

This is a great parody site that allows you to get 'Make my logo bigger' cream and eliminate white space spray as well as a bunch of other 'helpful' stuff. Check out their video - it is pretty righteous.

Great images of earth

This is an awesome post of images of earth. I love this kind of stuff. It makes you realize how amazing and wonderful and at the same time scary and dangerous.

Going to work....

It would be pretty cool to go to work in a military limo like this! Of course on second thought, if you actually need something like this to get to work, you might want to rethink your career choice.

If you aren't using Gmail...
This might get you to switch. If for no other reason then the video rules...

Making an impression old school - business cards

This is a great post that highlights some really unique and fun business cards. If you are going to do something old school like cards, making them memorable like this only makes sense.

If you found a wallet on the sidewalk, what would you do?

It seems that other people were wondering that too. And set up cameras and tested to see how 'honest' people were - or not. Some interesting video and also reports.

Green ring - in more ways then one

I am all for the increased focus on all things 'green' and this is kind of another cool way to do that. Though having to trim your jewelry is a new one.....
