Saw this link posted on Core77 which is a fun design blog.
My thought is if you have to invest in software like this, just move your computer or get rid of the cat. Ties into the SNL 'news' announcement about the cat hip replacement surgery that occurred in New York which was just a few thousand dollars more expensive then the more traditional 'total cat replacement'.
