How does shame and guilt control us?

I listened to this talk today and all I could do afterwards was just whisper....   'wow'. This is a powerful talk about shame, guilt and vulnerability.

Spice up my desk...

I really think I need to get this.....

No wonder it is hard to take media experts seriously....
