I am extremely luck to be in a position to really admire and enjoy working for the various levels of management (no they do not read this blog so this is not a suck-up attempt). But in the past I have worked with many bosses that I would have loved to slip this under their door. It is a manifesto called, Dear Boss, which lays out why people work and do what they do and gives some suggestions on creating a better work place.
