One thing that has always been kind of a downer for me is that the hybrid cars for the most part.... um.... look like hybrids. I know that Honda and others have started creating their Civics and such so that you can get a hybrid but they don't really look different except for the little tag/emblem on the back of the vehicle. It seems that you should be able to buy a 'green' car and have it look rock-out cool, not something that looks like an overgrown door stop (sorry to all Prius owners). It appears that Volvo is working that direction. This is a plug-in electric car. And while it looks like a Volvo, it has a sweet edge to the design too.
Just my 2 cents - I could be wrong.
