There is always a fear that the 'bubble' is going to burst for web-based things. There was the big crash for Web 1.o when people finally caught on that selling 50 pound bags of dog food over the web for less then cost and no shipping wasn't going to make anyone any money. The next round - called Web 2.0 by many has brought a lot of really cool things to the forefront. Mostly in the way of user generated content and control. Personally I love it - sites are easier to use and you can get tons of information easily and quickly. Thus there is the fear that this bubble is going to pop at some point too. What is going to make that happen? This is a convincing argument that it is just the human nature of laziness that is going to make this trend die.
