Splashup is a new online photo and graphics tool online. The thing that I love about this is that you can use this to create graphics and also edit images. Most of the online editors are just photo editors and not much more. This one also allows you to use layers and other great tools - all through you browser. And there are already tie-ins with many of the online image galleries, such as Flickr. And it is FREE!! I love this tool.
