This is something that I always have to work on - being social with other people. Not just being social but actually engaging with people in a meaningful way. I have the tendensy to dominate the conversation and get out what I want or need, but don't aways do a great job of actually having others input or be a part of the process or conversation.
This post gives three quick things that you can do to improve on this area:
1. Count how many times you interrupt someone.
2. Learn to read very specific types of language.
3. Stop thinking your situation is special. It’s not. Rules are useful to everyone.
