Passion in your job

I don't think that there is anyone who wants to have a job that you come in to work only to watch the clock and dread the time that you are there. We want a job that gets us excited. That makes us want to archive more. Or at least I think that is the job that I want. But it seems that a lot of people have just settled. Settled for coming into work, doing the things needing to be done, and then shuffling off to the next task.
Thankfully the group that I work for is highly motivated and really is doing some great things, but it seems in general when talking with people there job is just that, just a job.
