Another free online image editor - Pixlr

Pixlr is a new arrival in the online image editing world. It has many things in common with Photoshop - the way it is laid out, handles layers, etc. In playing with it, the application was pretty responsive and quick. I think my fav is still Picnik

But you know that whenever you see an application that intentionally leaves a letter out of it's name it has to be good right?
