Why do you eat what you do?

There is a study going on to see why we eat or choose to eat certain things. This makes me wonder if other things don't influence what we reach for in the fridge? I know when I am feeling stressed or under pressure I tend to eat differently then when I am feeling relaxed and good.

According to the story: 80 percent of our decisions are made subconsciously.....
