What we need

Tim Sanders has a great post about what is needed today in the work force. With the headlines screaming doom and gloom and it appears that everyone is at risk of something unless the government comes in and writes a big check and bails us all out.... he makes the proposal that now, more then ever managers need to instill in their employees and co-workers a sense of purpose.
