This hits home for me because I am in the home streach of one of the biggest projects that I have ever been a part of. And this is when you look back and say, how did it go? What could I have done better? What will I do more of next time? What will I not do?
Great thoughts here as I start thinking about moving into the text project - will I am running it or managing it?
