Learning to say more by using less

This is a great post that speaks to a great truth that we often miss. That is, straight direct communication is the best.

We often get lost in making sure that we 'clearly' articulate everything that we really just add to the noise that exists all around us rather then just stating what it is.

I work with a lot of developers and there is often a wish to 'fully document' a project, but the prolem is that once a document gets past a number of pages, no one fully reads it. And you end up with a project where everyone just points fingers.

So state things clearly. Edit that statement down. In fact, this post is probably too long.
