Within my group, we use 'UX' or user experience as a pretty common phrase. It if often used to defend decisions and also to point out where we are messing up. The interesting thing is that when you say User Experience - it can often mean different things to different people. This is a great post that walks through the different aspects of user experience and also breaks it down into levels and is a great quick reference.
