What do people really think of you?

This was a quick read post about Emotional Ignorance. It really made me think both about how do I perceive myself and how others might view me. I am going to have to track down more information on this because I really do think that miss-understanding on how people see or view things is one of the biggest huddles that I face every day. It is amazing how people can come together say the same things in a meeting but once they leave take a totally different idea of what was discussed and what was decided from there.
We may think that we are giving good and clear communication but that doesn't seem to be working, we have to make sure that people understand what the actual words mean, and from this article we have to make sure that they perceive the information and us in how we deliver it is vitally important.
