How dumb are we?

This story is so out there that it makes you wonder how far we have fallen when someone tries to cash a 360 BILLION dollar check? Even stranger is "bank employees who contacted the account's owner said the woman told them she did not give him permission to take or cash the check" Why even bother? Who has 360 of anything let alone BILLION in their account?
