Keeping your team passionate


This is a great post that speaks to questions that leaders should ask their teams to keep them engaged and passionate. The point is that you have to get to know your team as people rather then just cogs that get a particular job done.

Where do you want to go in your career or work experience?
What do you do in your free time?
How can I help you succeed and get the job done?
