One thing I always admired about the show 'The price is right' is that they didn't try to adapt and become cool over the years. They always kept the really cheesy color scheme and even contents - Plinko anyone? The other thing is that while everyone changed over to wireless microphones and cool stuff, Bob Barker kept the wired up long stemmed microphone.
And now you can have one for your very own! Too bad the price is so high....
