Seth Godin is one of the greatest minds ever - today is especially true.
His post about vibe is awesome - he talks about the vibe of a place or business but what is the personal vibe that you are putting out? Does it make people want to work with you or even be around you or is it more of a repellent?
His post about consistency rules as well. People are erratic and as much as we want to present ourselves as rational, we really aren't.
