The music industry is in trouble. I think that is something that just about everyone agrees with. So it is nice to see artists taking the lead and trying new ways to get their music released and into the hands of fans.
Nine Inch Nails has now released part of their album via BitTorrent and even on their site. You can then get the rest of the album for $5. They are also going to be releasing a disc version for $10.
I think this is great. It allows more people to listen to their music, gets them free buzz, and also makes the music affordable.
