Here is how this company sucks beyond belief - they have installed a new online payment system which they 'encourage' you to use. What that means is that you will get charged more if you don't use their online system. So I did that this last month. If I look at my bank statement it says that my payment went through.
So how does Veolia trash company reward me for paying my bill the way that I was 'encouraged' to? They send me a letter to say that I am behind on my payments. After a whole afternoon on the phone waiting to speak to someone there, and then trying to explain that I have paid my bill they explain that they had a 'mess up' on their online system but things should be fixed.
So how am I rewarded this morning for their mess up? They don't pick up my trash because 'I am behind on my payments'. And they will not be able to send anyone out to pick up my trash because 'their server is down' so they can't log in to validate that I paid my bill three weeks ago!!
What crap. Anytime a company makes their excuses, their mistakes and then makes it the customers issue to waste hours on end to try and prove that they are bone-heads don't deserve anyone's business.
Veolia sucks.

YOU ARE SO RIGHT!!! Go to Sunshine!! Go to Waste Management!! Haul it yourself!!! Billing problems are so common and so frequent!! Don't blame the drivers. They do a great job. It goes back to a HUGE CORPORATION that doesn't care about their customers. They want their money and do not care if a person has fallen on hard times. They raise rates constantly, no wonder so many people are leaving!!!
Agreed on worst company ever, wouldn't pick up for supposed supposed non payment and then wanted another 3 months payment on top of the payment they already received. Talked to 3 different reps before I got one to give me my money back as I went to WM
