Balance

I saw this in the news a couple of days ago. The story talks about the changes that are now happening because the Ozone hole is becoming smaller. I am very much on the side of trying to make our world a better place and managing the natural resources as best we can. It is just that as humans we tend to like the extremes and that always causes issues. We swing back and forth, oscillating between one thing and another. It seems that if we could find a place of contentment - of centered-ness, our lives would be much better.

Easy to type. Much harder to actually do.
