Thank God I live in the midwest, where people actually still read things that are between covers with pages..... books! It seems a little scary that this survey came back with 1 in 4 people not reading a single book last year..... go get yourself a copy of Green Eggs in Ham or something!

I was actually not surprised by this. I lived in my own little bubble for a while... then my husband and I were called to youth ministry. The kids can't spell and don't punctuate anything. When asked about favorite books or authors (or even the last book they read), most respond with, "Uh... I don't read." Scary stuff.
